Eden's Tech and Dispatch

The install

Two weeks. And you watch us test the failure case.

Installing an AI front desk takes about fourteen days. We collect your services, hours, and emergency rules. A fixed seven-scenario test suite has to pass before launch. Then it runs in shadow mode for a few days so your office confirms bookings before anything writes straight into your scheduler.

The rule everything else follows

The agent is additive. It never sits in front of your main line. It answers on overflow after four rings, or outside your business hours. If any part of our system is unhealthy, calls fall through to your existing voicemail. The worst case is that your business is exactly as well off as it was before we showed up.

We never port or replace your published number. We provision a separate line and you forward to it. You can undo the whole thing by turning forwarding off.

Two weeks, step by step

  1. Day 0

    One form

You sign, and your office manager fills in one intake form: services, hours, service area, what counts as an emergency in your words, and the questions customers actually ask. That form is the only real work we ask of you.

  2. Days 1–6

We build it and try to break it

We build your agent, connect it to your scheduling software, and run a fixed set of test calls: a routine booking, a price question, a gas smell, an address outside your area, an angry caller, someone demanding a human, and a bad phone line. It doesn't move on until all seven pass.

  3. Day 7

    You try to break it

Thirty minutes. You hear real recordings, then call it yourself and do your worst. We take your corrections, especially the emergency wording. We want that in your language, not ours.

  4. Days 8–10

    Shadow mode

It goes live on your forwarded line, but every booking waits for your office to confirm instead of writing straight through. This is where the mistakes only real customers produce get caught.

  5. Days 11–14

Live, with the safety net proven

Direct booking turns on. Then we break our own system on purpose, in front of you, to show the failover works: if anything on our end goes down, your calls fall through to your existing voicemail exactly like today.

  6. Day 30

    The first report

On the first of the month you get a one-page report: calls answered that would have gone to voicemail, jobs captured, and what that was worth. It shows up every month without anyone asking.

What we won't do

Quote a firm price for you

Ranges only, and the technician always decides. A number you can't honor costs you the job and costs us the account.

Book outside your area

Checked twice, once by the agent and once by our server. A job you can't reach is worse than an honest no.

Pretend to be a person

Every call opens by saying it's an AI assistant. That's the law in a growing number of states, and it's how we'd want to be treated.

Say "you're booked" when you're not

If the write fails, the caller hears that the office will confirm. Never that it's done.

What it costs

Plans start at $649 a month. Month to month, thirty days notice, no long contract. Configuration changes are included. When your hours or services change, you call and it changes.

Exact pricing depends on call volume and setup and takes a fifteen-minute call to work out. That call also gets you the number that matters more: what missed calls are costing you today, in dollars.
