I'm Kevin. Eden's Tech and Dispatch is a one-person shop in the northwest Twin Cities. I build AI phone systems for home service companies that answer the calls you miss and write the job straight into Jobber, so nobody has to re-key a voicemail in the morning.
What you're actually paying for
Plenty of software can answer a phone now. What you're paying me for is everything around it. I set the system up around your services, your service area, and your own words for what counts as an emergency. I run it through seven test calls before it ever talks to a customer. You get on a call and try to break it. And when something needs to change, you call me, not a support queue in another time zone.
No strategy decks. No retainer for "AI transformation." One system that answers the calls you're missing, and a person who owns whether it works.
How I work
Small on purpose
I take a limited number of clients so every install gets built and tested properly. If I'm full, I'll say so instead of taking your money.
Not a 24/7 call center
I answer by the next business morning, and within a few hours for anything affecting live calls. If something on my end breaks while I'm asleep, your calls fall through to voicemail exactly like today. Nothing gets worse.
Local, and staying that way
I'd rather work with fifteen companies within an hour's drive than a hundred I'll never meet. You can ask me to come by.
Straight numbers
On our first call I run your missed-call math with your own figures. If the number doesn't justify the fee, I'll tell you. I'd rather lose a sale than a reputation.
The name
Eden is our son. My wife and I name what we build after him. The "dispatch" half is the part your business will care about.
